Mario’s customer service both in person and over the phone was great. I called in for a quote. The day of the quote I was able to walk my SUV in. No appointment necessary. They provided me an Uber to get home, and back if needed. My vehicle was running sluggish and it’s now running on all cylinders. The most impressive was the staff was cool with talking shop talk about classic cars with an older woman like me. I like their thinking. Paraphrasing: When we properly maintenance our vehicles, they don’t get worse with age, they perform like new. I believe that, and I believe they are intentional about building customer relationships. It’s a distance but I’ll take my car back to Sun’s, for both their skills and the service experience.

Called and asked for the price for an alignment. Gave him all the info on my truck and was quoted about $98 plus tax. I then asked him if they did a military discount, the guy says yes 10%. Okay I said I'll bring you my business. When I get her the manager tells me it was going to be around $140 with tax. I then told him what the other gentleman told me on the phone. I ask for him but he's at lunch. I don't ever leave reviews, but in this case, I had to. If you're going to have someone answering your phone and giving prices, you should honor them. You should have made it right, Mario. NOT the way to do business.

I had a great experience with Sun Automotive Shop. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fully repaired by the end of the day. Mario was professional, honest, and efficient throughout the whole process. Next time, I won’t waste time calling around—I’ll go straight to Sun Automotive. Highly recommend!

I have used Sun Auto on West street many times and they always exceed expectations. My car is repaired in a fast and professional manner and I have never had to return because something wasn’t done right the first time. Would highly, recommend them to anyone.

I received a coupon for a free oil change. Was a little skeptical because nothing is ever free. I got to my appt and Mario was ready to help me. He got me set up and said we would take care of my 4Runner. I waited and was offered coffee. Place was nice and clean. Everyone (Val and William) was friendly and ready to assist. My service took about an hour, and I was on my way. Will definitely go back for auto repair services.
