Pearl 281 North Lot - LAZ Parking

As of 2025 they are taking pictures of your license plate when you enter and leave the parking lot. I was there for ten minutes and got charged automatically when I did not give them my card information. They are saving past card information and linking it to your drivers license.

Parking area is convenient to all the shops in the Pearl district. However, the base rate was different than the signs posted. Additionally, a majority of the lighting was not operational. Makes it hard to park and feel safe if everything is in the dark, especially for $15 for an hour.

I utilized this parking area when I checked out the pearl market. I went at opening time- ten am and was able to find ample parking for my rather large vehicle. On exiting though people were doing laps trying to find parking. You can scan codes while you’re there to get yourself checked in and pay. Parking lot is nice. Clean. Large stalls. Yes you gotta pay but you literally walk right into the Pearl from here. If you ask me, that's considered a premium perk. As of 6/29/21, everything here is considered premium parking. This is new to me. Keep reading for where the remaining free parking is! Everything under the 281 bridge is pay to park.
