This place is awesome!!!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, that I know. Outstanding customer service Ben went over and beyond and helped me out with anything I had questions about. If I have anything come up again with my vehicle I’m taking it here with out a doubt.

I had some of my apartment stuff packed in my mom’s truck since I’m moving soon, and while the car was at this shop, almost everything was stolen from it. We know it wasn’t some random person or someone homeless because they didn’t take everything. They didn't even take the most expensive item. They went through my bags, picked through my things, and chose what to take. A desperate person would’ve grabbed it all. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions about the employees, but things got suspicious real fast. When I asked to see the security footage, both the general manager and district manager took about a week and a half then claimed they “couldn’t find” it. How does that even make sense? My mom pulled up with the stuff in her car and left with nothing. To make it worse, the manager, allegedly, lied and said he personally saw my moms bf taking the bags out of the truck when he came to pick up his vehicle, which was also being serviced. First of all, my moms bf came by after hours to pick up his car, when no employees were even there. On top of that, my mom was with him when he picked up his car.... So the manager is, allegedly, a liar. When they went to confront him in person, he tried to, allegedly, lie on ME and said that he "never told her (me) that" despite me having every call we had on footage. They’re refusing to take responsibility, won’t show us any footage, won’t even tell us what day it happened, and now we’re stuck replacing everything ourselves. So yeah, your car probably won't get fixed, but your things might get stolen! To whoever took my things, I hope you enjoy my apartment essentials. You clearly needed it more than me. Karma will come soon, I promise.

I when to a different shop to change my oil and they took forever to come to talk to me and on top of that they were super expensive with no recomendación of what my vehicle needed so I took off and come to Midas on 6659 San Pedro spoke to Ben Coy super friendly and helpful ask me questions and suggested a recommendation for the oil the my vehicle needs and price is supper affordable compared the other shops. I will come back here and I will tell all my family and friends about. Thank you Ben

Service here is great! I feel like I came later in the day on a Saturday (3:30 pm-ish) where other places probably would've turned me away since it was later in the day but not Midas! They were pretty quick!

My dodge needed an oil change so I brought it in to Midas and I am so glad I came here. Staff was super kind and knowledgeable you can’t beat it. I plan on making this my quick stop shop form here on out. Ben is the manager and let me tell you he is a stud. Love the people here, for sure will be back.
