Update 7/29/2025 So Jiffy Lube commented on my review that somebody would get in contact with us and investigate, and somebody from customer relations at Jiffy Lube called and spoke to my wife and said he was investigating what happened. My recent visit to Jiffy Lube for a Holman Fleet oil change and tire rotation was an absolute nightmare. I explicitly told the technician I only had time for these two services and did not want anything else, as the car was going to auction. She assured me only those services would be performed.
