So the worker that got me taken care of was WEST… as in “West the BEST” he was so kind and courteous… he even gave me some pointers on his opinion as to what the tires guys shoulda did with my car rather than wheat they did… He also used to be a tire guy.. he positioned the fan on me so I could feel some cool air blowing on this hot summer day and offered a cold drink in case I was feeling a bit hot.. service was quick and he was Professional

I had an oil change at the Nacogdoches road location. Shortly after my check engine light when on and when I stopped the car the cooling fan would remain on longer than it should. When I went back the next day the garage doors were closed at 10:00 am even though they opened at 8:00am. I called and the Kitty Hawk location said they should be open and to go there. I went there, they filled the coolant said it was not filled. Still did not fix the problem. I then went to AutoZone where the very nice man who works there came to check and found the sensor unplugged and he plugged it in and fixed the problem. Will never return could have seriously damaged my car. Very unprofessional.

This place likes to take advantage of women, I know this girl that when with her mother for an oil change, with a car with not even 30k miles, and they told her that the oil was very dark or dirty, when she works at home, and try to do some inesesary work, did not give the offer for the oil and they said no military discount, when clearly they have both signs outside the building ...
