Took my 2017 Ford edge in to get front drive wheel plugged in order to be operable to replace said tire. Tech said they wouldn’t charge me for it as I was getting my oil changed. Was quoted 2 hours. 4 hours later no word, so I called them and they said it was ready. Get there and one of the techs damaged my lug nuts but “not to worry they replaced them for free” and my bill would be almost $200.…
