I've been really impressed by the service every time I go. I have purchased my van's batteries here for years and years. This last time, Darrel helped me over the phone and also in person and he was just so nice. Definitely a step above the norm!

The mechanic who did my oil change unclipped some of the engine bay covers to check my air filter (even though I told them I didn’t want one). In the process, the mechanic didn’t replace the plastic tabs that keep the covers in place. Those are not cheap and that is extremely lazy. Didn’t have an appointment for oil change. Took 1hr and 45 minutes which was fine but after it was done only 1 person on register. Wasn’t enough cash in the cash drawer for another persons transaction so had to wait 20 more minutes just for someone to get more cash to the cash drawer.

I went in for an oil change with my boyfriend on an old car. I tend to be shy and this time was the first time I was a little more assertive. Bearded guy talked to me as if I was a female dog.
