I love this place. Decent prices, especially with a 25% discount for veterans. Plus, they are thorough, answer all your questions, and don't pressure you for additional services. My go to place for oll changes and radiator flushes.

I've been to this location twice and both times my oil filter has come loose causing oil to spew out everywhere. After the first oil change I asked them to check why there was an oil leak and they claimed it was my lower engine gasket going bad. I found that hard to believe because my truck only had about 68,000 miles. After that service, the leak stopped but then after 3,000 miles there was oil on my driveway and all over my undercarriage. I went under my truck, directly to my oil filter, and it was very loose with oil spewing all around it. I lifted my truck with a jack and had to hand tighten the filter because it was several threads from completely falling off. Now I have to find a way to clean all this oil from my driveway and the bottom of my truck. Luckily I spotted the problem and I'm semi-mechanically inclined otherwise my oil would've drained out and blown my motor. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Always have a good expirence here. Never feel pressured. In and out quick, use them when I am on a tight schedule and don't have time to do my own oil changes.

I went in for a full synthetic oil change, expensive enough as it is, only to end up having to pay more at my dealership to get my skid plate reattached because the valvoline technician did not put the clips and screws back in properly—they somehow missed 6 screws and clips. The splash guard and skid plate will have to be replaced because of the damage caused by their lack of attention. Ultimately, I paid $80 for the oil and I’ll pay $450 for the replacement of the parts. A completely different floor tech from the one who added oil came over and did the payment process and then closed the hood and told us we were good to go. Unfortunately, they had not yet reattached the skid plate so someone below yelled for them to stop. He then has me open the hood, goes down, comes back up and asks me to turn off the vehicle, goes down again and I feel a drill under the vehicle. Another tech from below walks over to the manager and tells him “he didn’t even put the skid plate back on before telling them they could go” and the manager just huffed and brushed it off. We wait a maybe a minute tops and then the manager closes our hood and gives us the all clear to leave. I do not recommend using this location unless you’re happy with shoddy work, and extra costs.

I have been using this particular location for years with many vehicles and no issues. Unfortunately, after my experience yesterday I will Not be returning! As soon as I left I smelt more than normal burning coming from the vehicle (2019 Tahoe). At first I wasn’t really concerned because as everyone knows there is some residual oil that gets on the exhaust and the area around the drain plug under the vehicle during the oil change process. I ignored it and continued driving for another 15-20 But the burning smell actually increased. Pulled over, looked underneath and WOW! It was as if they didn’t even attempt to clean the oil or try to keep it off the vehicle at all. LOTS of oil everywhere! At this point I was concerned that maybe they stripped the drain plug or the oil filter so I went ahead and checked that (on the side of a busy highway). Those were fine so I was convinced I was just dealing with someone being lazy and not cleaning the area after the oil change and smelling the burning on the exhaust. Once I got home, oil continued to leak under the car in my driveway. The problem here is these shops focus too much on time verses quality. I could care less about the NASCAR pit stop approach for an oil change and rather have it done correctly! I’m glad the exhaust didn’t catch fire as well, yes that much oil… see pics. Stay away from this shop folks. They have gotten complacent and just focus on the numbers in and out as fast as possible will skip steps.
