Absolutely and definitely worth doing business with Big Brand. They are also extraordinary with assisting me with phone calls and been very patient with me. The waiting time had been as planned. Works very well and I recommend everyone to contact first to see if have in stock then they will absolutely meet your minimum expectation, enjoy!

Drove 5 hrs from Arlington to see family, got here to SA and saw the tire separated.... called discount they wanted me to wait a week, mind i gotta 5 hrs back the next day.... Called here and they got tires the next morning. Took my car in and was really happy how they treated my vehicle, especially when they were concerned with getting my car on the alignment lift so they asked me to do it which is fine. Carlos helped us out alot and the guys in the shop really liked the car. Definitely recommend going here

Bre, Aaron & Carlos were all amazing staff members, very friendly, welcoming, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding I mean just the service you imagine to receive when you're in a position of need. I caught a flat while delivery driving and sure enough Big Brand Tire & Service was speedy, accurate and even gave me a service quote for any further work they noticed my vehicle may need in the near future. I would highly recommend them to anyone for the safety of your vehicle on Texas roads.

First of all this place makes miracles happen! My son recommended this place to me so I decided to come and see if they can ensure my vehicle’s safety because I am relocating for work… 1,200 miles north!!! I was approved for financing and they have showed customer appreciation with some discounts which is a huge blessing for me as some who is literally starting over in a brand new state with nothing but my vehicle and whatever we can pack in my Toyota rav4. I give many thanks and prayers to Bre and Carlos 🙏🏼. I have never in my 41 yrs of living experienced such good kind honest service. Now all I will prepare for is purchasing snow tires and the best part is with the financing I paid nothing today and will have time to earn money to pay off the financing before it accrues interest!!! My new tires weren’t properly installed/balanced and my car was swerving a bit and the steering wheel was pulling on the highway!! Not safe to drive. They put two new tires on the back and rotated the old tires to the front. I called them to inform them but I couldn’t bring it back because I had already started driving back to Houston. The service was also REALLY slow even with an appointment and I was not offered an oil change or any fluid changes. I came in about 910 and wasn’t checked in until 936. I asked if my vehicle would be ready before 1230p because I had to leave. The tire I ordered a few days prior was still not in stock yet so they couldn’t even start work on my vehicle right away. I inquired on the status at 1140 and they finished by 1200. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No one acknowledged me for a bit when I came in and they seem to spend on lot of time with customers on the phone. The price is a little higher for tires than at other locations I’ve found. Will update once I get the vehicle checked out af an another shop. The is not a Big Brand store near where I live.
