🔧 Merlin Complete Auto Care

I got a good deal off Groupon, $13.99 for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I said just the oil change. Then she told me I needed to take off my steering wheel cover which is sewn on to fit, but they had a meeting and decided I didn't have to. Then I showed her the Groupon voucher, she told me I needed to pay $20 more because their regular price is $34 and I only paid $13.99... I said no, that's not how Groupon works. I could have done it at home for $34. So I just paid the $1.84 tax. She complained that they only get $13.99 for the oil change.... Then they shouldn't offer the offer!!! Unreal.

They fit us in for an appt. quickly .When i arrived they took my car in within a few minutes. They did a complete check up on the car and then came to give me a printed report with pictures. It was very comprehensive . They were all very professional and kind as well. I would recommend this place to anyone . You wont be disappointed.

I wanted to Thank Merlin complete Auto Care for all they did for me and my family. They fixed our truck completely replaced every part in our truck. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts and we appreciate everything they did for us. Helping us we need it so much help with this truck for my granddaughter who's had cancer is in remission. We didn't have any way to get around and taking her to her doctor's appointments her blood work her school. Thank you for being so kind and loving and helping people in need. Arnold and his team were fantastic and helped me out in a pinch! I was looking into buying a vehicle and needed to have it inspected the day I drove it. They were busy but were able to get me in to have it looked over when no other shops had availability. I will definitely use them again in the future for any needed repairs. Thanks again!

This place is awesome! Merlin's took great care of my car and had it back to me ASAP. One of the things I loved most was their nonstop communication with me about my car’s progress on the phone and text messages. Prices were fair too. The girl working the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. I even got to meet the owner who took such great care of my car. Highly recommend this car shop. will definitely be using them for all my car repairs going forward.
