I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car in a way that made sense. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which is so rare these days. The work was done quickly, the prices were fair, and my car is running better than ever. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

I took my 2011 ford edge in for a new blower motor since it had went out. I was done in half the time I thought it would take and they had beat a price that was quoted to me at another shop. Very respectful and quick staff. 10/10 would recommend.

My car has been here for 5 months and they give me the same story every time I call “they’re waiting on parts” I paid 5k$ and still haven’t received an update. The person at the desk Mitch promised it would be done in a week. Now every time I call she is magically not there. Worst place to take your car! Again even with their response they take no accountability in their actions. The cars title is in my name. It is my vehicle that I let my dad borrow. I paid over 3,000$ to help my dad. Wanting your car fixed in a reasonable amount of time shouldn’t be considered harassment. Y’all lied for months there is no excuse for the way you conduct business.

Michi worked with me on my 2014 Chrysler 300 and helped me fix my vehicle and get it back on the road. It took me time because I had to make payments but the fact that they were willing to work with me in the first place is amazing. No one else around here does that. Car drives great and it has a fantastic warranty. That is comparable to the dealership however, thankfully the price was not as high as the dealer. Thank you so much for being my saving grace and helping me have a better quality of life.

Had to take multiple vehicles back multiple times. Not one but two vehicles. They serviced a Honda pilot and a older model Chevy trailblazer which I had them install a entire V8 motor in which took almost half a year If I could give negative stars I would definitely. this company has received over 10 grand, not a small amount of income! 10k of me and my wife's hard-earned money. I have never reviewed any company before but had to go out of my way to reach legal action, Because of this company! Me & my wife's vehicle has been in and out of their shop while she would approve work that we wouldn't agree upon which is the owner's wife Meechie, As they say on other reviews and reply that it's not their shop when most definitely it is because, we had endured the same situation the entire time which is the half a year of me and my wife having issues with this company. I have waited to make this response and review because I was waiting to obtain legal advice. As they will be hearing from a lawyer very soon! I will make a statement about the mechanic, they're slave laboring which he his the only reason this place is still in business. The owner and his wife will argue with you about any and everything. Like stated this was a half a year situation. At the end of the day you would be better off looking on Facebook marketplace for a mechanic that would actually give you a honest quote and treat you like a person instead of a payment on there bills!
