Was told by the owner that he can't buy parts at a discount, that he has to pay full retail. He then charged me double retail. He also told me that he had to take apart the engine to replace spark plugs. Charged me 650.00 labor and 89.00 for 6 sparkplugs. Found out from Ford dealership I shouldn't have been charged more than 425.00 for both spark plugs and labor. He put in a new battery that was the wrong one for my vehicle and of course I ended up being stuck with no power. Had to pay for 212.00 for a tow. He doesn't want to refund me the cost of the battery. I had the correct one put in at the Ford dealership. He also told me I had 3 catalytic converters for my V6 and he would charge me between 3000 and 4000 to change them out. Again another lie and of course overpriced. I asked for a price break and his response was, "I'm not charging you sales tax, that's your price break." This is a company that takes advantage of the elderly. Steer Clear.

Luis is an expert at what he does. He rebuilt a 98 4L60e for me back in September of 2014. I've put over 175,000 miles on it, and it still shifts better than new. What's notable is that I drive this thing like I stole it. Knowledge, wisdom, and integrity are hard to come by in this industry. Thank you Luis, and you're a good man! Thanks again, Ed

I have been coming to this place for five years now with various issues not just transmission. I go to this place first for advise and then If he can't fix it he will be honest with me and not take me for a ride. So far I have been very satisfied with his quality of work. I drop off my vehicle and then let him do his job without pressuring him. I have never felt that he was rushing or slacking off drinking beer as some have stated here. To be honest, he is the first person I think of if anything goes wrong with my vehicle. Keep up the excellent work Luis!

Not only is Luis honest and fair with prices. He is fast, professional, and very knowledgeable. If I have any questions or issues with my vehicles, he always answers or responds right away.
