Cummins Sales and Service

Absolutely awful dealing with their service department. Takes weeks and multiple follow ups to get a response on a service quote for repairs.

Brought our 2002 Tiffin Zephyr RV 450 Cummins side mount into this shop for an overheating issue in November 2024. Minimum charge was a 4 hour diagnostic ($200+/hr). Service rep called the next day to identify problems were pinholes and a flange. We had no loss of antifreeze during our 1,000+ drive from Utah, so we doubted this analysis. As with all Cummins facilities we have had the pleasure of visiting for repairs, this was no different! Clean, friendly, informative and professional. They were able to correct the repair that was suppose to be fixed by a non-cummins facility?!? Found the issue and had us back on the road quickly! Thanks to all who helped us and worked on our rig!!!
