🔧 Big O Tires

Very Unprofessional staff. I’m curious how this location has untrue 5 star reviews. Andrew and Steven were not on the same page. Please save yourself a headache and take your vehicle somewhere else. We took our truck in for new tires and came out with a poor job done, leaving us to go back and waste more of OUR time because of their mistake. It’s easier to accept a mistake made when someone takes accountability for it, not make excuses or smart comments like “you’re lucky it was only 2 hour wait on a Saturday” We shouldn’t have even been back there in the first place. I will never buy from Big Os after this mess.

Terrible experience with Big O’s thus far. My initial interaction was terrible from the start. Called and spoke with Steven, asked for a specific tire in a specific size. Told me it wasn’t available for order. Called the Corpus store and they were able to easily find what I was looking for. Called back spoke to Andrew he some how was able to find the tires I was looking for after I had just been told they weren’t available by Steven. Went in bought the tires and alignment. Drove off with a missing screw on my hub cap, a broken PSI sensor and a messed up alignment. Took it back they corrected the alignment. Also tried getting me to pay for the broken sensor that wasn’t broken until they replaced my tires. Currently still driving around without a hub cap because I’m still waiting on my replacement screw. Told me he found a similar screw at Home Depot when you can clearly tell it’s off a different hub cap and does not fit my hub cap. Andrew claims he ordered the exact screw and it should be in. We’ll see if that ever happens. Like he claims he called me several times to update me and my phone never rang. Needless to say 0/0 stars. Don’t recommend using Big O’s unless you want your stuff back broken. Guess you pay for what you get-terrible customer service.

Andrew and Patrick did an amazing job! The customer service was amazing, and they did the job quick and made sure they delivered reliable dependable and efficient service! 10 out of 10 recommend , and will be coming back for any new tires in the future!

Big O has come in clutch time after time for me! I patch my tires here and have some trailer tires I’ve replaced here before. Today was no different! Tony was friendly, competent, and communicative! Tony thanks for saving the day for me today!

Nightmare at Big O!!!! Worst mistake of my life. well, Top 3 definitely.. You know it's awful when your truck is in worse condition coming out then before it went in, and $3,000 later the truck was still experiencing extremely concerning alignment issues not to mention the quality of work they did was unacceptable, pictures speak for themselves.. After replacing $3,000 in suspension part, they let me drive off in an unsafe vehicle.. I immediately called them back to inform them that the issue was unresolved where they asked me to bring the truck back the following day. They then took the better half of a day to recommend that I replace my tires, which brings me to my first question. Why didn't we start there? my second question? How can you align a vehicle that has worn-out negatively slanted tires🤔 The answer is "You can not" honestly this should be considered robbery cause Basically I ended up paying $3,000 for absolutely NOTHING.... ⚠️ ⚠️ BAD SHOP⚠️⚠️ I ended up taking my truck to Anthony's planet pickup.
