Amazing service. Wish i could go over 5 star's I was having trouble with my tire seniors. I hade just had to replace 2 of them that were out when I got a full set of tires. not even a day later it seems the other 2 went out. I came by today and they hooked me up with an Amazing deal. Very kind and professional. I am a costumer for life now! Thank you again to Alex and his team!!!!

2nd time I’ve been there in a month. First was for tire rotation. Got a message saying my oil was dirty. I got my oil changed 16 hours and 15 miles earlier. Shows a lack of integrity. Went in for the alignment. Dude says appointment not showing. I showed him; he said didn’t come in. Asked to come back the next morning. I did. When I bought lifetime alignment, I got paperwork showing degrees I was off. This time, nothing…but advice for a brake fluid flush. I’m not sure you performed the task I had paid for, you lied about my “dirty” oil, and now you’re trying to add services (not even mentioning the $10 special overview of the car). You all have bad press these days, and you’re only making it worse. I have a lifetime of alignments, and I’m not sure I trust you with that. (Edit added after your response): I gave you one star and said how poor the service is…you thanked me for a good review. It’s precisely THAT attention to detail that makes you NOT the place to go.

So pleased with my service here. I was driving from Uvalde back to Houston, and got a flat tire from a huge thorn in the sidewall while driving. I had just bought all 4 new tires at the Houston location. I called Firestone on Babcock, and spoke with Alex, confirming that they had my tire in stock and that I would be there right around closing. They closed at five, but he waited for me to get there. His kindness and willingness to help, even when the store should be getting ready to close for the day, completely changed my day. I appreciate everything Alex did. Firestone on Babcock, you have a great employee and customer service. Thank you, again.

My vehicle had to be towed into the shop. That made it somewhat of an emergency. The service advisors listened to my desires and followed them to a T. They showed concern and were very helpful. They stayed in contact with me and provided me feedback while my vehicle was in their care. They fixed the problem with my vehicle more quickly than I thought possible. And I might add that it now drives better than it has for some time. Thank you to the management and staff working at this location. Job well done.

Unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations due to the following issues: Excessive Use of Impact Wrench: The technician used an impact wrench excessively to loosen the lug nuts. Upon inspection, I found that I (the customer) had to use a breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts. This indicates that technician uses the impact wrench too much, which could lead to unnecessary stress on the wheels and studs. White Balancing Weights on Gloss Black Rims: The technician used white weights to balance the tires on my gloss black custom rims. This is a poor aesthetic choice, as it clashes significantly with the appearance of the rims. Matching black weights should have been used to maintain the sleek, cohesive look. Concerns with Technician Performance: Overall, I was not satisfied with the attention to detail or the care shown by the technician working on my vehicle. With a high-performance car like the C8 Corvette, precision and attention to detail are critical, and I felt those standards were not met. They need to upgrade the tire machine, this one used sharp bare metal teeth to hold on to my $5000 rims. I trust Firestone for quality service, but this experience was disappointing. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a better experience for other customers in the future, particularly those with custom or high-performance vehicles.
