Called to talk to a service advisor about my Rogue and the automated answer machine transferred me to a line where no one was available twice , took that as sign will continue to go to the one a little up further on the north side. Update finally got to service and the automated voice would not provide a price for a transmission drain and fill and would not get a live person to answer my question , only wanted to schedule and appointment to ask them in Person ,I’m not goin to schedule an appointment just to ask for pricing, called the Dealer where I normally take my vehicles in and they gave me the info over the phone so they’ll keep getting my business

Big thank you to Damian L for being an amazing person. He helped me get into my car and did everything he could to make sure that I was taken care of from beginning to end. I’m very blessed to have had him on my side to go above and beyond me during this whole experience. Highly recommend him to everyone looking for a new car!

I was lucky to get John as the service advisor again.. several people arrived and were taken care off timely considering that 2 techs called in sick. Other advisiors need to smile toward customers… I felt a tension with the advisors??? Dont take it out on customers guys… you guys are a team👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wonderful experience overall! Carlos and Miguel were AMAZING!! They were extremely attentive, friendly, and listened to what we were looking for while working with our budget. They even stayed past closing time to ensure we walked away with the car we wanted! I recommend working with Carlos and Miguel whenever you need a vehicle!

I'm so glad we went to South Park Nissan( even though it was far from our home) We had a very positive experience from the minute we arrived until I drove off with my 2024 Nissan Altima. I definitely recommend this dealer ship. No one there was pushy and they worked with us. Definitely a 5 star!!!
