Richard and Shel are fantastic. They got our vehicle in same day and worked through some serious complications. The car was fully functional a couple of days later and the price we paid was very reasonable. Glad to have them in town!

I love this place and the people. It is a mom and pop with AMAZING and FRIENDLY service with unbeatable prices and fast turnaround. I was in need of something fast and reliable as my car broke down when I was coming home from work at 2am and the next day they had it done. I work at a Rock Quarry 6 days week 10 hours a day and can’t afford long wait periods and most places that are available on the spot of shady, but not this place! Am so happy I found my home mechanic.

5 STARS 🌟 STOP looking for a great mechanic, ETS has the best mechanic in TOWN ,great customer service! I was stuck with thousands of dollars putting it with another shop (I won't name)(ROMOS auto and electric) after spending SO much money MY suburban was STILL NOT FIXED! Thru the grace of technology I called ETS owners Explained my situation, They helped me THAT DAY! They were VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL,FAST! They explained everything to me ,things I didn't know! They are a mechanic shop that opens later in the day ,which is awesome! That's so convenient! So welcoming 🙏 God bless them for helping us! I found my permanent mechanic shop!

They did amazing job with my 2004 Ford F-150 transmission!! And brakes , intake manifold control runner And the price was very reasonable Shel and Richard always kept me in the loop and never sugarcoat me . They were straightforward and honest. I was in need of a new engine for my 2006 Ford F150. I checked different shops in the areas and ETS Automotive Repair was $4000 cheaper than 3 other shops. So it was the high star rating and the price that got me in the door. What will keep me coming back was the excellent customer service they provided. They had the whole project done quickly and they provided frequent updates on where they were at with the install. Shel was always available for questions and responded right away. She really goes above and beyond with customer service. I needed a new oil pan as well since the drain plug was stripped in a previous oil change. They quoted me a price prior but when the new engine arrived, it came with an oil pan and they adjusted the price accordingly. Very honest. Richard did a thorough testing after the install and provided me a provided guidance on the next steps and future maintenance. I will be bringing my truck there for any service and maintenance and will be recommending friends and family to do the same. I can't thank ETS Automotive enough for making a stressful situation painless!
