I've been with SA Specialties for a long time and they never fail me. Last week Chris came out to get my AC going and did a great job explaining what had happened and suggested some measures to keep the unit running properly. This is a great company to work with.

SA Specialties came out to give estimate very next morning. We were without AC 2 weeks, and we still had to wait a few extra days. No rush there. Very nice guys. Cleaning around the closet was not techs strong suit as he replaced the system... i didnt like that he just wanted to cover it up, as he worked . I tried to clean before he replaced parts. I don't like that they made a new hole in my hallway and brought only one new Grille cover and put it next to the old Grille cover. I seriously think they could have helped us with that. Tacky. It really can't be $250. Now Amazon has multiple prices and they don't have the same white. We didn't get the instructions how to set it up or set it up in the phone. No follow up call. Ugh. You got our money. Do better SA Spec. Slow down. I felt they rushed it. It was not a big job but my husband didn't even get to check the attic as they finished. They just closed it up. The little things matter too. I still can't find the right color Grille. It would have been courteous to bring two and sell me a matching one for $25.00. Now we have to decide is it 25.0 or 41.00 ? My friends used your service and you helped them and my other friends used Air1st and had great service and paid less than us. . We paid you in full, went with a highest seers and had extra work done . All I can say is please stay nice as you are from the beginning. Maybe you should follow up with your customers. Thank you for your time.

Had Chris S come out and on time as scheduled which is often a rarity. He diagnosed problem, had the part needed on his truck (Thank You) and had my system up, running and cool within an hour. Simply put… Well Done. He was cordial and informative while doing the repair and left the area as clean as when he arrived. Thank You.

I live in San Antonio and my air condition went out the first day of June. We were so hot! We called S.A. Specialities and the owner himself came out that day and gave us a quote the same day. Notably, he didn’t push us to the most expensive option but instead discussed our needs and actually recommended a cheaper option. The cost was also less than other estimates. Once we agreed, they did the install the very next morning. The install went great and they went the extra mile. One technician even came back to double check some work just to make sure it was done right. Payment was easy. Most importantly for me, pricing was upfront and transparent. I have had some had some awful experiences with other air condition companies. This experience was about as good as I could have pictured between price and service. I hardly ever leave reviews but I felt I had to in this case. Like most people, I just want to be treated fair and I truly felt they went beyond that with me.

Really impressed with SA Specialties! It was time to get a new water heater installed and SA Specialties really came through. They were able to send someone out for an estimate less than 30 min from my initial call. Korey came out for the estimate - he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Got a great deal on a new 50 gal water heater... and he was able to come back to install it a short time later. Korey and Randy did a tremendous job on the installation... thanks guys!
