Air 1st came to see what was the problem with outdoor unit after 445pm. Leaves without talking to me. I tried to call him and office. It was now after 5pm And nobody would answer. My dog had respiratory issues and was in severe distress and he died 😢 at 0500 the next morning waiting on air conditioner repairs. Later, that morning they arrive to continue to diagnosis the unit. It was a warranty repair. Not even a compassionate response from the tech or manager. RIP Rufus.
