Outstanding service. Took in my 2018 WRX for a possible boost leak (lots of modifications) and they got my car in right away and found the issue which was something completely different from what I thought it was. And they didn’t charge me extra for it. Nor did they try to upsell they gave me recommendations on how I can personally get the issue fixed by myself if I wanted to save money. Love that definitely will come back again if necessary

I enjoyed my experience at this Meineke. The customer service was great and they thoroughly explained the issue I had with my vehicle and provided me options. The price was extremely reasonable and not overpriced. The technicians and employees have a great attitude and are knowledgeable. They all genuinely seem like they love their jobs. I would 100% recommend.

I have passed by this Meineke shop for years but on Friday March 7th there was a need to have my brakes fixed so I chose the location that is on Nacogdoches Road. Prior to going I called to get some information and possibly an appointment to have my brakes checked and repaired. When I called Aaron answered and gave me all the information that I needed. They were able to see me the same day and they made me quite comfortable and kept me informed of the progress regarding my car. I also met Colin who is one of the mechanics and he was very kind very professional and very informative as to what they found regarding the brake job. I felt that they were honest in what they were telling me . I am quite sure that in the future if I have any more problems with my vehicle I will definitely give them a call to see if they can help me out and in the future I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
