Unbelievable Service, I cannot say enough about my experience with McCreless Automotive, so I'll start with I had my car towed to their shop after I had confirmed that they accepted my extended warranty on my vehicle, they checked out my vehicle and it needed some major repairs, transmission,differential,driveshaft, passenger cv axle and power steering pump. Extended warranty covered everything totaling over $4,300 and my out of pocket was only $117. Everything they ordered came on time and they were no delays. I had a terrible experience with Mccreless Automotive. I am a retired Senior citizen and could tell they did like Senior citizens.their price from the start was high and I talked to the office secretary 5 times and every time the price went up.i spent well over 1,000 dollars and had to still have my car towed back home.do not take your automobile to Mccreless Automotive to get it repaired. Their prices are like were in Las Vegas.i also had to buy a new battery which was OK but their mechanic said it would not fit in my car.my next door neighbor put in the battery and put on the cover in about 10 minutes. Do not take your car their.im broke and my car still got towed back to my house. If they do something that don't cost much they will charge 1,000 dollars for warranty. Worse thing I did was take my car to Mccreless Automotive.

I was in a huge jam! I couldn't figure out what was going on with my toyota highlander. It was after hours, bad storm, my baby was was crying and I couldn't reach anyone. I saw the sign and phone number and called them after hours. The owners wife answered and I was so grateful. She sent her husband out in the pouring rain. The wife took care of my baby and the husband fixed my car. So grateful for these two angels. Blessing to them!

My experience at McCreless Automotive was the best service I’ve received ever. They are well organized and detailed in every aspect of the auto service as well as the customer service. Everything from a simple phone call or text to communicate either long or short messages, a detailed talk about what will be performed on your vehicle, photographs, updates via text, and easy scheduling for drop off and pick up. My service performed this time was to have my 6 coils, 6 spark plugs and gaskets replaced on my 2014 Grand Cherokee that recently had a check engine light for coil #5 misfire. They scheduled for my drop off and I was able to pick up the very next day. My grand Cherokee drove out of their parking lot, feeling like a brand new car. I enjoyed my total experience with McCreless Automotive that I went back to them the following month to have my lower oil pan gasket replaced. Once again, I had the same exact phenomenal service experience from my first visit. I understand I could’ve done both of these services to my vehicle on my own at home, but really who has the time and patience to do these needed services with so much happening in our own lives already.
