Tony at the 281 north location was amazing. I arrived, he immediately went into action and had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. He and Darian were courteous and respectful. I could tell from the few minutes I was there that it is an honest business that will take measures to help in any way they can. It is a rare find these days.

Great service. Called in late Saturday AM for some A/C service. They got me in quickly, got everything working well, also did an oil/filter change. They kept me updated along the way and gave me a military discount too. Great job and Thank you!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Anthony, Daryl, and John. They were great company while I waited for my oil change and alignment. They also found some splitting in my tires and a bubble and even though they didn’t have my size tire in stock at the moment, they hooked me up with a pair that weren’t exactly my size but said “they couldn’t let me drive off with tires in that condition”. Truly treated like family. They went above and beyond to help me and I’ll definitely be back!

I have had two bad experiences with this place. Our van was towed there once and they gave my wife an exuberant amount to replace the alternator. When my wife said she’d have it towed somewhere else they lowered the quote dramatically. I scheduled for an AC Tune up and instead they quoted me a $4,000 quote to replace the entire AC (which is honestly probably needed) When I said I was not going to pay that they lowered the quote to about half and offered a different solution. That is the second time I have felt like the pricing is questionable. On top of that, when I drove off, I realized they drained the Freon and now it only blew hot air and did not bother to refill it. This is a common technic used to get people to come back - not that I’m sure that is what they did. When I called to ask about it, Ben was not able to explain why my air was coming out hot. I did not argue but simply took my car somewhere else. Where they fixed the problem for $220. Approach this location with caution.

Absolutely will not take my car anywhere else! This shop here gets me in and out in a timely manner! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them, and their competitive prices, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Ben for helping me out, I truly appreciate it! God bless
