Took my car to get serviced in March.. for brakes and rotor issues, i asked before dropping the car off when it will be ready they said tonight. I was grateful. I was PULLING INTO the lot that evening to pick up my vehicle then got a phone call. they said “hey we bought the wrong parts, can you come back tomorrow?” i had just drove 45 minutes in traffic. I said ok. I came back the next day, they said my car was done BUT there’s a brake malfunction and i asked HOW? I brought the car in without a malfunction so what actually is going on ? I didn’t trust it yet, I didn’t argue, they said it’ll be another $800 to fix. I said no i’ll just take it to the dealership because this is greater than just brake issues. I brought it to the dealership, they said the brakes they put on my car were shitty AND someone had messed with the wires under which is why I was having a malfunction. so like any person i called rayco for a second option or see if they could fix it. It’s been a MONTH today and nobody has answered the phone or RETURNED a phone call. Very unserious business and very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I brought my car to Rayco Automotive because it was making a noise—I simply wanted that fixed. Instead, I was told I had an oil leak and ended up paying over $4,000. After that, the nightmare truly began. They barely answered the phone, and when they did, they claimed my hoses were broken—they weren’t when I brought the car in. But I had no choice but to pay for new ones. They kept my car for three weeks. When I finally got it back, it was still leaking oil. I returned it, and only then did they realize they hadn’t fixed everything. When I got the car back the second time, it had the check engine light on. I told them I wasn’t taking it like that. They “tried” to fix it and suddenly claimed I needed a new transmission—without even properly diagnosing it. They then tried to pressure me into buying a transmission from them, but I stood my ground and demanded they fix what I had already paid them for. They had my car for another three weeks with zero updates. Come to find out, the mechanics who reassembled my engine had misaligned it, which was why it was throwing codes. Then they admitted they had fired those same mechanics because they “didn’t know what they were doing.” One of those fired mechanics even told me about all the janky shortcuts and unprofessional work being done in the shop. To make matters worse, the person they have up front, Adam, is absolutely clueless. He never knows what’s going on with the cars, constantly gives wrong or vague updates, and acts like he’s just guessing half the time. Yet they put him in charge of updating customers. Total lack of accountability. When I finally got my car back the third time, it started making a loud noise and went into reduced power mode—less than 24 hours later. They also charged me $500 to replace the oil pan gasket, yet the new mechanic I took it to recommended replacing it again. Rayco pretended they didn’t know it had already been replaced—until I showed them the receipt they gave me. And let’s not forget the owner, Ray. He repeatedly tried to get me to sell my car to him, even calling some random guy claiming to be his cousin from Arkansas—who never existed—to try and lowball me by lying about the car’s condition. He owns a BMW shop and was clearly trying to flip my car for profit. This place is a scam, run by people who have no idea what they’re doing and don’t care about your time or your money. Unprofessional, dishonest, manipulative, and completely unreliable. Do not trust them with your vehicle. This shop should be shut down.

Rayco Automotive is very fast and thorough. Adam and his crew are very nice and respectful. They did not hesitate to answer questions and talk through all they were going to do. For a first time customer I was very satisfied. There services are worth the price I paid.

Adam helped me with my wheel alignment and oil change. He asked that I come back for a diagnostic test to make sure the entire health of my vehicle is in good condition. I really appreciate the honesty and willingness to help me drive safe. I received exceptional service and their waiting area is cozy and clean. Glad I found this location. I will definitely be back again and again.

Rayco Automotive and Josh were very helpful diagnosing my engine problem, and getting my car to the dealership. I'm from out of town and they were easy to get ahold of on the phone, and even spoke to my local mechanic who I trust that I've used for the last 15 years and went over the problems with him. Thanks for your help this last weekend. The roadside company associated with Rayco was also helpful at 0500 on a Sunday morning.
