It’s packed full of broken down cars, I l couldn’t find parking so I called the shop. He said “I’m all by my self”. Had to find another shop.

I had my vehicle towed to Gus Mann for the first time and Oscar listened to my concerns . With in 15 minutes he new what was the problem. He was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

This is the best automotive repair shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I brought my vehicle to them several times and without fail, they were able to assist me. They are honest and hard working, which is difficult to find in a body shop because some will try to scam people out of their hard earned money. They won’t! Amazing service and will be my go to with any future repairs!!

I came from out of town and broke down as soon as I got near my hotel. Didn't know the area and saw he was closest with good ratings. I called and told Oscar I would not be there until they closed. Tow truck dropped off my truck and Oscar went back in to get keys. They found the issue and fixed in two days at a great price. I'm grateful to Oscar and Mark for helping me get on my way.

We've been taking our vehicles to Gus Mann for a few years now. Oscar and crew are top notch! Very professional and very knowledgeable, and we're very pleased with their service. Oh, and we live across town, so the fact that we're willing to drive 30 minutes to Gus Mann instead of finding someone closer speaks volumes! On another note, as a woman, I can honestly say that I feel very comfortable taking my car to them. I feel they are honest and trustworthy, which is why I'm willing to drive across town for any car maintenance or repairs.
