Personnel involved with the collision repair were very friendly, helpful and professional in the repair of my RAV4. Jack Edwards kept me informed and was very knowledgeable of what was involved with the repairs. Repair job was well done and timely.

I had a great experience with Johnny! When I brought it in at first, they got it back out right on time and everything was pleasant. The car looked great and the paint match was perfect. Unfortunately some weeks later I noticed a small error in the body work. I waited around before coming in because I was worried about how long it’d already been and was afraid of pushback. When I finally took it back in though, he took it right back no problem, was honest about how long it might take allowing me to have my car a little longer while they were backed up, and again the quoted turn around time was accurate. The issue was fixed and you wouldn’t know the difference now. Will return if I ever need work again.

Zero stars I should have read the reviews first. Don’t leave ANYTHING in your vehicle if you do even up choosing this place. I honestly feel the progressive guy is paid off too. It’s so sketchy.

Excellent service on my mazda! I had to bring it in for two separate incidents (hail damage and a hit-and-run) and I was extremely pleased with the results both times. Johnny went above and beyond to assist us, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

My car was T-boned in a parking lot and received considerable damage being a 3 door vehicle. Red McCombs collision took care of the repairs in a professional manner and even cleaned my car inside and out. My service advisor was great and while the repairs took a while due to parts delays and unforeseen issues my vehicle looks great.
