🔧 The Hail Group

I worked with this group for 2 of my cars and they were incredibly professional. The shop operations manager, Gilbert Miranda, was highly communicative, explained the whole process and was incredibly honest. He followed up with a few additional things that other groups would not have down to chrome trim and additional small hail dings that were identified towards the end. I am a Lexus owner and take pride in the businesses I align with and would highly recommend this group from the salesman who came to my home for the appraisal down to the detail clean prior to returning it.

If u don't want ur personal belongings stolen while your vehicle is in the care of this team please make sure u remove all your belongings before handing over your keys to Gilbert. I left my prescribed sunglasses in my wife's glove compartment which sat at this shop for hail damage repair for 2 weeks. When her vehicle was finally ready for pick up my sunglasses were no longer sitting in the glove compartment. She messaged and called Gilbert with no response to text message or returned phone call. So I took it upon myself to call from my phone which MY call was picked up instantly. Spoke with Gilbert and was told that he asked all his workers, and looked around the shop to see if my $600 glasses were anywhere in the shop but unfortunately, they were not. I asked if they had cameras and unfortunately, they do not. He said no one at the shop steals however I assured him someone there does and did because my Ray bans would be where we left them. So unfortunate that one can't mistakingly leave their belongings behind without later regretting it. I mean like sheesh .... yall made damn near 4,000 off repairing my wife's vehicle and still, we come out losing due to bad business. SMH.

The Hail Group did a great job repairing hail damage on both of my vehicles. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Not only did they restore my cars to pre damage condition, they also went above and beyond by helping me with my deductible, which saved me a lot of money. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend the Hail Group to anyone needing hail damage repair.

Hands down the best business transaction I have had in San Antonio. Josh and Logan treated my father's car more like it was a restoration project than a repair. They said they would and they did treat his car as if it were their own. The professionalism and the quality of the work done could not be better. They arranged everything with the insurance company and I never even had to speak with an agent. I dropped it off and picked it up. They took care of everything else. Thank you guys. I have no reservations about giving you my highest recommendation!

Great company , Great customer service , fast had my vehicle in and out everything look perfect all hail damage was repaired and gone! I really appreciate Gilbert Miranda for going above & beyond to make me feel at ease with the process.
