Gerber Collision & Glass

Gerber collision is doing fraudulent business to send charges to USAA and to make client signed consent without clarification. When I questioned what am I signing I was told consent for inspection report. I was never given estimate and I was informed by the inspector of gerber collision. We are working on the car half way through. I was furious how is it you working when I never consented to start working on it prior to getting estimates of the damages. He claimed we made you signed it already. When I had straight told him do not do any work until I and the adjuster see estimate and authorized, But he had the liberty to do what he desires. Hail storm. Truck damage. Gerber on Hwy 151 wanted to keep truck for 5 days for the estimate. I said no. Called insurance back and had them do estimate. Schedule truck for drop off but Gerber staff said they no longer had claim in thier system. Witin the hour insurance sent claim back to Gerber. I called Gerber back to drop off truck but they said that department had gone home and they were now setting drop offs for next week. I really became upset. Gerber Collusion thinks the customer works for them. The customer has to accommodate to the Gerber Schedule. I have the check. Gerber should accommodate to my schedule. I canceled with Gerber and went to another Collusion repair shop

So I had some repairs completed and done at another location out of State. I was experiencing some issue's plus noises coming from area in question that was repaired at my original spot. *(Columbus,Ohio area)* I contacted this place through the online customer service line. They set me up for a follow-up inspection & evaluation of work/services rendered. I came into this location and was immediately greeted by a warm & genuine friendly person Mariah.
