If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This place and specifically Ernesto restored my faith in good, honest people who genuinely care about their work and their customers. He didn’t rush through the job or try to upsell me things I didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to explain everything clearly, offered fair and honest pricing, and then went above and beyond! It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, meticulous, and trustworthy. If you’re lucky enough to have this mechanic in your area, do not go anywhere else!! I am so appreciative of the help they provided and I would recommend them a thousand times over.

The guys here are all fantastic, friendly, and helpful. I had called the previous day about an oil change appt, and I when I came in the following day I was in and out fairly quickly and with great service. I've had brake work done here along with a couple of other things on my vehicle, and I get the sense that they are honest and fair and will let you know if something is absolutely required to be done right away or whether you can afford to wait a bit longer to have service completed later. I definitely recommend Mendo Motorz!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Called in to get a price quote and explained issues with my vehicle. Kevin was professional and answered every question I had. Spoke to them about my previous experience with another shop and they ensured me I would not go through that kind of rabbit hole with them. Kevin and the shop definitely did not disappoint. They contacted me on every solution they recommended before working on the vehicle and the work they did was incredible! Definitely going to them on for any issues moving forward!

Mendoza Motorz was a great choice for my auto repair. I was visiting from out of town and my vehicle appeared to be overheating. I was on a limited timeline as I had to return home in a few days. I dropped it off and they gave me a lift back to where I was staying. A few hours later, they called and explained my engine was not overheating, but the instrument cluster in the car was not accurately reading the temp. They assured me I could get home safely. They also advised they would not be able to get a part in in time, but suggested my home mechanic take a look at it. They charged me a minimum diagnostic fee, and sent me on my way. I made it home just as they said I would, and have dropped my truck off at my local shop who confirmed their diagnosis. Had they not been as reputable as they are, they could have taken me to the cleaners and I would not have known it. There are quite a few shops who would have either performed unnecessary repairs, or at least said they did and given me my truck back allegedly "fixed". Thanks for doing a great job, and thanks for your honesty and integrity! You may not have made a ton of money on my repair, but you sure made a customer. I visit my Mom in San Antonio, and will be bring her vehicle in for all her repairs.
