Unfortunately, we went to this shop in 2023 for warranty repairs and it became a multi year nightmare. The owner was very unresponsive to messages, often not calling back for days or weeks. The near object sensor was defective and it was on back order for months (not their fault), but I had to call repeatedly to find out if the part had arrived before finally getting a message that they had had the part for awhile. Long story short, it was replaced and still defective. We had to have it replaced again by another facility for an additional deductible. Had the best experience in dealing with Rudy at the shop here. While other dealers were weeks out to even look at my check engine light issue, Rudy got me in and with a day, had the issue diagnosed and resolved at half of what the big dealerships were going to charge. I would recommend Alamo City Automotive very highly to anyone.
