Had a fantastic experience! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics were SUPER fast, got my vehicle back same day. HIGHLY recommend them

Unfortunately, we went to this shop in 2023 for warranty repairs and it became a multi year nightmare. The owner was very unresponsive to messages, often not calling back for days or weeks. The near object sensor was defective and it was on back order for months (not their fault), but I had to call repeatedly to find out if the part had arrived before finally getting a message that they had had the part for awhile. Long story short, it was replaced and still defective. We had to have it replaced again by another facility for an additional deductible. The most recent fiasco was being told that they had replaced our blu-ray player and it needed to be calibrated by a Honda dealership. When we attempted to use it, it still didn’t work. After multiple phone calls to this facility and the warranty company, we found out that it had never been replaced. If they didn’t want the hassle of dealing with a warranty company, they should never have signed on with them. I highly recommend avoiding this shop if you have warranty repairs to be completed.

Had the best experience in dealing with Rudy at the shop here. While other dealers were weeks out to even look at my check engine light issue, Rudy got me in and with a day, had the issue diagnosed and resolved at half of what the big dealerships were going to charge. I would recommend Alamo City Automotive very highly to anyone.

Always grateful for Rudy and his team. He’s been working on our cars for years, both personally, as well as for my businesses. Most recently he did timing and tune up on my mother’s older Lexus Es300 to keep it running in tip top shape. Thank you as always brother 🙏🏻
