Very honest place that does great work! My husband dropped off the truck as we were having AC issues. They diagnosed the issue & sent us a breakdown of everything before getting started on the job. Truck was ready in a couple days. There was an issue after pickup, my husband called and they sent out a tow truck to pick up our vehicle and fix their mishap (for no extra cost of course.) Very honest company that could of easily said it wasn't their fault. Highly recommend this place!

This was one of the best and easiest times that I have ever had to get my vehicle worked on, very convenient drop off and pick up. Ashlyn was very sweet and communicated with me so well and just took a lot of stress of being without your vehicle, not to mention how quick They returned my truck to me, Most shops nowadays it takes a few days before they will even look at your vehicle. I have been coming to Carlisles for years getting my a/c repaired on different vehicles and they have always delivered top quality work on my vehicles. I had never used there automotive service till the other day but I figured If they do great quality work on a/c that I should try it. It was a great decision. Had valve cover work n suspension work done and to no surprise I received the best quality work. You not only get the best quality work but there customer service is second to none. Carlisle Air and Automotive is a godsend. I've only visited the San Pedro Ave. location, so that's all I can speak to. Originally, I'm from Southern California, and because I was unfamiliar with the area, I didn’t know where to take my late-model Japanese cars for service. After trying four other shops, I found Carlisle. (Quick shout-out to MD Automotive on 7454 FM1560 N: they didn’t feel comfortable working on a car as old as my Miata, given its somewhat mysterious service record, so they referred me to the AC specialist.) So far, I've had significant AC work done on my 1991 Miata (they also changed the timing belt) and on my 2014 Toyota Avalon. Their prices aren’t the highest or the lowest I've encountered, but they’ve been the most consistently communicative—truly excellent and unmatched in my experience—while employing very skillful and honest technicians, offering reasonable turnaround times, and providing the best warranty around. Before finding Carlisle, I had spent tear-jerking sums on my Miata trying to get it running correctly with no luck, and they fixed everything the previous shop messed up. I am so grateful! I also want to give a shout-out to Andrew and Ashlynn, the service advisors. I'm especially thankful to Ashlynn, as she worked with me the most. I hope you both get paid top dollar, because you're a big part of why I won’t take my late-model cars anywhere else. Thank you!
