Zack and his team quickly repaired and replaced the faulty compressor and its related components. Even better, they honored my five-year warranty 100%, with only two months left on it! So I dropped off my vehicle at the new laredo hwy location on sw military drive. We'll the next day was at my gf's mom's hse to swim forgetting my phone was in my pocket and not realizing it about 10mins ltr. Well it was too late,cell phone repairman said it was fried. So I couldn't pick up the vehicle due not being able to use affirm which is a pymnt program carlisle offers. As I ordered a new ph through ebay just waiting to receive the ph was another wk. So I used my gfs' ph to call carlisle and tell them my situation and that affirm had stated that they can't use someone else's ph to verify my identity since my info is under my current ph.😑 Luckily the guys at carlisle said it's ok and they understand. I stopped by during the wk while waiting for my ph to come in the mail and toby let me check my car to see the status of the repair and I appreciate that. And again I told him when I receive my ph I'll come get my car. So the phone came in mon and still couldn't get it activated,spoke to my ph provider for over an hr and still couldn't get it going so they sent me a sim card and got it this morning and FINALLY FINALLY got it activated. I called carlisle first thing and told toby I got my ph and I'll be there about 20 to 30 mins. So about 2wks ago from today I got my car back. And not due to carlisle but to my stupidity. But I greatly appreciate them for being lenient. So thank you and the ac in the car feels great!🤙🏼 two words to describe carlisle, patience and understanding. Again thank you!

Great service I have had a two vehicle service here before With AC problem and one was done two years ago still working great and the other one recently so very recommended and the five-year warranty 60,000 miles on parts and Labor, you Cannot go wrong.

Finally, someone who knows how to repair Air conditioners in my Truck. Had it had it in two different shops One being a Ford dealership no one could seem to get it right. So I brought it to Carlisle’s and they fixed it right. So save yourself some time and money and take it to Carlisle‘s first.

Mr. Troy Henderson and Zack went above and beyond on my 2006 Dodge. It needed a completed AC overhaul in the interior side of the system. Very professional and superior customer service through the entire process. From the first call, to the diagnostics and scheduling, to the actual work. I dropped off my truck Tuesday after work and the AC was done by Friday as they said it would. Highly recommended.
