Made prior arrangements to meet Alfredo on a Saturday to purchase transmission item. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there. When I got there he was in the truck and a lady got off and showed me the item and told me in the cost. I handed her the cash and requested a receipt which she said she could give me but would need to charge me taxes and I agreed. At that point Alfredo got off truck and in broken English said “no sale” and grabbed the money back from the lady and gave to me and told me to leave. No explanation!!! I only wanted the receipt for my own personal use! Sounds like someone needs a tax audit if a receipt is a big deal! Bad customer service and hostility.

there are a thousand moving parts inside a transmission and this guy knows everything. AJ is a family oriented company and a great guy to work with. If ever I have an issue with anything he is first to help me out. even if its not his parts! This guy is like the god father of transmissions in San Antonio! If he doesn’t have it, he will get it. Amazing family and customer service!

Just saw a post where they do not give refunds. And from what I gathered, they completely messed up this guy's transmission, even after they tried fixing it yet another time. Cost this man hundreds in towing fees.

Best place ever. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. I had issues with my trans and customer service was so very helpful and friendly. They treat customers like family!

This place has prob the worst customer service. I called trying to get some trans info and the guy could barely speak english much less understand it. Id stay away and deal with a professional company and save the head aches.
