Go elsewhere! They laugh at you over the phone when you explain to them what’s going on! Order some parts for my transmission and they all came damaged because of packaging or substandard inspections prior to sending out ! When your truck is taken apart at the mechanic shop and the parts that you supply are damaged, they charge you for storage. This ended up costing me a lot more money than I would have saved by going to somebody more reputable over the phone the customer service was terrible nothing but Road blocks talking over you while you’re explaining things and just feeling like the company really doesn’t care what kind of situation you’re in with the parts that they sent you that are damaged. Without you and your feedbacks, I would have fallen victim to the corruption and extreme poor customer so called “care”. I am definitely looking elsewhere to spend my money. Most businesses are ignorant of the fact that without the people, they would be nothing.

I ordered roller bearings synchros first gear and a reverse gear for my nv5600 upon reviewing the parts the reverse gear was bad and then the roller bearing went out inside of first gear within 10 minutes of driving with 7 quarts of trans fluid and they wouldn’t warranty it because they claimed it was starved for oil do not recommend doing business with them because when I complained they wouldn’t warranty the 500 dollars worth of parts they discontinued my account with them shady and very un organized company recommended taking business else where the only good thing this company has is the price

Save yourself time and hassle, shop somewhere else!! Purchased through ebay, Items arrived damaged, dented and metal chips and I notified them same day, did not hear back for 7 days, notified that if i did not hear back within 48 hours I would start paypal dispute. Did not hear back from them so started dispute. Finally heard back from them and they said they could not process a return due to Paypal dispute and assured me that if I closed dispute case a resolution would be made. Dispute was closed. Now over 6 weeks since initial complaint and constant calls, offers to pay for return shipping or replacement have not been followed up and they are asking me to purchase again through ebay to process return through second transaction. There is no way I would give this company money again due to the poor customer service and incompetence that has been displayed in handling this matter. Stuck with damaged items due to being packaged poorly and needed to buy again elsewhere, stay away!

Shipped very fast, but the pictures of the bearings from the kit I ordered was not what I got. I went to put my transmission together a couple months later because I lost my job and had to move 1000 miles from the time I ordered it until now, and nothing matched what I had pulled out. I called to inquire about an exchange, but when I sent pictures to them, I suddenly got no response. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere. Good prices if you get what you ordered or caught the mistake within 30 days. Anyone need bearings and rings for a Toyota W56? Selling them cheap. Finally got what I needed, just not from them.
