They tell you that they cannot fix your tire and insist that you have to buy a new one. All they do is LIE to you saying that you're tire is no good. Took my car somewhere else and they fixed it. They're just trying to sell you a new tire and take advantage of the people that dont know any better.

I stopped by Discount Tire for an emergency tire replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of. Robert greeted me right away, assessed my situation quickly, and helped me find the best tire option for my needs at a great price. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and truly made me feel like a valued customer a real asset to the team. Shortly after, Miguel came in to let me know they were already working on my car. He asked if I had any concerns or questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Super respectful and friendly it felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I was in and out in just minutes with a brand new tire. For an unexpected emergency, this experience couldn’t have gone more smoothly. This location is absolutely top-tier fast, professional, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend!

I was in dire need of 2 front tires and he greatly helped me out to get me taken care of like I've never encountered before. I was in tears at his generosity and consideration for me.
