🔧 Discount Tire

I walked in without an appointment. I had a couple hours to spare, so I advised them that I needed my tires balanced, rotated and air pressure checked. I have a maintenance agreement. I was quoted 90 minutes' work time. No problem. The tasks took less than 30 minutes! I couldn't believe it. I reiterated what I wanted done and those tasks had been performed. What a great job!

Over all I had a great experience at Discount Tire. Gabe Gonzalez helped me the minute I walked in the store. He was very professional and knowledgeable answered all the questions I had. In my opinion he deserves a promotion or a pay raise "he deserves it". Thank you Gabe for helping me with my new tires. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to you.

Long time customers just to come home very unsatisfied. Very disappointed in the fact that these people tried to hide damage they did to my rims. It looks like they purposely left their tire mounting grease stuff on to hide the damage they have done. Never have I had them leave that much gunk on my tires and rims. They have damaged 3out of 4 rims on my truck. Huge gouges. So they got my money and did damage. This is why I don't think you should be playing around and rushing so much when you have other people's property in your hands. Update. Still waiting for discount to take care of the damage they did to my vehicle.

Best Discount Tire I've been to! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I went today to have my tire pressure checked, but Xavier B let me know that my tires were actually in really bad shape and should be replaced. He didn't pressure me and gave me all my options and even though I didn't have an appointment and my estimated wait time was an hour and a half to two hours, I was out of there in under 50 minutes. Super impressed and highly recommend this location!

I honestly believe that discount is the best tire chain with the best service. I have been through all of the major tire chains, but keep coming back to discount due to prices and service. The product is quality and the warranty is definitely worth purchasing. Looks like I am gonna be buying tires for all my vehicles here from now on.
