Did I go for a tire change or to get punched? I went in expecting a simple tire change, but all I got was awful attitude, like I was asking for something totally unreasonable. Honestly, it felt like instead of getting a tire changed, they were about to throw a punch. Terrible service, I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like a customer, this definitely isn’t it.

Do not come here if you’re looking to get a new/used tire. Way over priced. Went today to get a tire replaced with a used one. They informed they did not have a used one in my size so i just went ahead and bought a new one. They charged me 150 for a fortune viento tire. Got home later on and did some research and found the same tire online for no more than 90 bucks. This place will rip you off.

Only place I let touch my truck for alignment after several places either doing bad job or ripping me off . Guy here is great . Highly recommend this place . Fair honest and nicely priced !

TOTALLED MY SUV. They are lazy. They couldn't be bothered to tighten the lug nuts and my tires fell off as I was DRIVING

Just bought his truck and it steered like shit. Had the dealership check it out 2 times and each time they said its supposed to be that way and there was nothing wrong. Brought the truck to Martinez and they diagnosed it within 10 minutes and told me exactly what I needed. About 2 hours later they called me and said the truck was done and for the first time while owning this truck putting the steering wheel straight actually went straight and wasn't all over the place like I'm a drunk driver. This is the 2nd time Martinez has fixed the slop another place has done for one of my vehicles. Good pricing also expected it to cost more.
