Came into to get a oil change on my 2024 S3, left feeling more knowledgeable and having a group of new friends. Very inviting, and caring. If you don’t know what to do with your project, they will be happy to talk to you for hours about ideas and love doing it!

Best shop in town. Worked on my civic many times and he doesn’t disappoint. Plus he has the cutest shop cats in the world, make sure if you stop by you pet my favorite cat Fuego! (Blonde cat)

Precision R is an extremely professional and knowledgeable business and I appreciate the extensive care they provided me while they took care of my car. I personally brought in a 2024 BMW M8 Competition to have aftermarket exhaust tips installed and it was done in the same day for an extremely fair price. The work is perfect, there are no flaws and the alignment and measurements for my modification were perfect- very impressive as they took no shortcuts and did everything the right way. Planning to return to have more modifications installed, this is my go to shop!

EDIT: *The alignment was done by a third party and they lied to PR about my car being within spec. I was refunded for the alignment. PR has told me they will not use this person again, and they will be sure to test any third party work done in the future. I have adjusted my review from 3 to 4 stars. I had no issues with the in-house work done by Precision R. They made everything right.* My experience with Precision R was mixed with good and bad. I needed a fresh set of BC coilovers (my old ones lasted about 90k miles), a brake fluid flush, and an alignment. First, I had them order BC coilovers for my Genesis Coupe. I dropped the car off when the coilovers arrived. Got a call that they ordered coilovers for the Genesis sedan by accident, so I had to wait a couple extra days for my car to be done. They made this right by expediting shipping of the correct coilovers and adjusting my invoice for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that. The brake fluid flush and coilover install were done well and I have no issues with those. Suspension feels amazing now and brake feel is consistent. They also got the ride height set nicely, I am still waiting for the suspension to settle to see if it needs any minor tweaks. My issues were with the alignment and “test drives”. The initial alignment was terrible. The steering wheel was kinked 30° to the right while driving straight. Any test drive on a straight road at 25mph+ would have indicated this. I doubt it was driven to check it. In addition to the poor alignment, the rear sway bar endlinks were audibly clunking over every bump. The lack of checking the work did not impress me. Car felt very unsettled due to these problems. I took the car back and they fixed the rear sway bar endlink clunk. However, even the second alignment was terrible. The car had an aggressive right pull, and the rear toe was improperly adjusted. When accelerating out of corners, the car did not want to turn and was being pushed straight by the rear toe. Not ideal in a RWD sports car. A simple test drive would have made the right pull obvious. I even told them over the phone that they were welcome to test drive my car on the road and make sure everything felt proper before I picked it up. With two terrible alignments in a row, I lost confidence to take it back for any more attempts. I took my car to a different shop and had them give me a printout of Precision R’s alignment. Ive attached an image of the second bad alignment in my review. Im happy with the coilover install and brake fluid flush, but I am not happy with the lack of precision in my alignment. No attention to details when it came to test driving and checking their work. Consider my entire review thoroughly before going here for work on your car.

They may be a Euro and JDM specialty shop but their work on Domestics is amazing, Edwin and the Precision R team built my 2019 Camaro 2SS with a BTR 225 Cam, the top end, and more, haven't had a single issue and runs like a charm.
