Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I wish I looked at the reviews before coming to get my 4 tires replaced. They broke 2 of the rim caps and blame the check engine light. Yeah, that’s right, I’m still laughing about it too. Not to mention that they work at a really really slow pace. It took them over 2 hrs to get my tires replaced. And still, haven gotten my car back . 8:10 and counting. I got here at 5:30

Super bad service , I got all 4 new tires for my car installed they didn’t attach sensors back to the tires and when I call back to book appointment it goes to some central office. The only issue is that their food court always has a LONG LINE. Sams Club is a way better shopping experience compared to the other high Cost(co) company. That other wearhouse option has better name brands, but Sams offers better prices and values for the same non name branded items.

Needed new tires and Sam's has the best deals. Offered $80 off then another $40 for being a plus member. Total was just around $430 for a set of 4 which includes road hazard and installation. If i could i would give them -5 stars i would. It took over 5 hours to get 4 tires put on my truck when they told me that it would take an hour and 45 minutes. Only one person works on the cars and they have 2 peoples cars going at a time. They are very inefficient. Plus, I have 2 sets of keys to my truck. They did not return the set of key I gave them.
