Got these guys to put in my upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends in my 1996 F350, ok since the pics of the parts I thought I was gonna have put on which were kinda the same , but maybe added the ball joint , . Ok fine understand that , so price goes from 460.??, to 840.?? . Big jump but understand once again ball joints alot of work , plus alignment. So one of my parts tierod end for passenger side was to small , ok use the old part till I get another one . But when I get home And inspect job , didn't look greased , and no grease fitting on upper ball joint on driver side at all , and the upper on the passenger side had been changed from factory . Now that's not quality work on that end of the deal . Just saying watch who u choose to do your work .

Got my starter replaced after I took my car to another shop to get work unrelated to the starter. The other shop was supposed to fix my rear seal and ended up shorting out my original starter. They charged me for a new starter and it went out after a few months. Didn’t feel comfortable taking my car back to that shop instead brought it to American Knuckle instead. Car is working like it should and I’ll be bringing in my car to American Knuckle moving forward. Great service and honest shop. Update: March 2023 took my car in for a coolant leak. Had my water pump replaced. Car is running great again. Not taking my car anywhere else. It’s hard finding a good repair shop and this is one of the few.
