I’ve been here a few times but never felt the need to leave a review—until now. Lexx absolutely changed the game during my last visit. She nailed the haircut and had me walking out feeling like a new person. Honestly, she’s got me thinking about signing up for their memberships. Update: been coming back with the membership and it has its pros and cons. Pros: the membership is great with perks. Cons: The turn over here isn't the best so you can be getting used to a barber and they leave after 2-3 months. I'm currently going with Anissa and the new manager and they are amazing. They have attention to detail and is friendly 🙏🏻

My husband called ahead about an hour ago to ask if they would take walk ins. The male who answered the phone said “yes in 30min I have time for a walk in” so my husband literally walked from home in the heat to go there. We live very close by. Once he gets there A VERY RUDE FEMALE OBVIOUSLY ABOUT TO LEAVE DENIES HIM. He called ahead got confirmation, walked in the sun to get there and then this rude female didn’t allow him to get his hair cut. Terrible costumer service and your staff needs to get on the same page and communicate with each other. This is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Someone should also educate the female barber or whatever she is on customer service. We pay you for a service, you are not doing a favor. The attitude is not necessary. I expect a reply like all of your positive review got.

I went in for a trim and Jess exceeded my expectations, I have struggled to find someone to trim my long hair on this side of town for along time, Jess did a fantastic job and I love the fact there no pressure to buy anything that DONT benefit you. Great atmosphere excellent service at an affordable price! I highly recommend this location and will most definitely be back.

Walked into Tune-Up, The Manly Salon for the first time and was instantly greeted by Larry, who got me seated quickly and delivered exactly the cut I wanted. I’d never been to a place like this before, and I was seriously impressed. The vibe is awesome—like a clean, professional garage man cave. The place was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming, laid-back energy. Larry and Jess were both great—friendly, skilled, and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be coming back. Whether you’re in for a haircut, beard trim, waxing, shave, or even a manicure or pedicure, this place has it all. Highly recommend stopping in!

Larry was great! I brought my son in with no idea what we wanted other than his hair shorter. Larry did a great job, my son is very pleased. We will only be coming here moving forward!
