We own a freight hauling business so we travel extensively all over the USA. We stopped in here hoping to find a set of tires for our dually. The guys went above and beyond with phenomenal customer service. After having been let down by other establishments in the area these guys totally came through. They had 4 of our tires on hand and sent another guy out who came back with 2 more in no time. If you want a crew with amazing attention to detail and 5 star customer service...this IS the place!!! Great job gentlemen!!!

Amazing service! Tyler and Jacob really came through for me on not only getting my Nissan Rogue fixed but also making sure the warranty company paid for what the warranty company was supposed to pay for. I highly recommend this Firestone location, and particularly Tyler and Jacob!

Tyler (front desk) was very helpful in assisting with a minor issue I had with my vehicle. Thanks Tyler for just doing the job and not complaining like lost others would because they don't wanna be at work. Good employees need recognition and Tyler is getting his. The wait time was about 1.5 hours, but the service was done right the first time, which made it well worth it. The staff was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and handled the process efficiently. I can't say the same about the Ft. Sam Houston location. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience and the professionalism displayed by the entire team.

I am really impressed with the young gentleman named Tyler who was working at the counter today as I came in for an inspection of a car I was thinking to purchase. Unlike so many in service jobs these days, Tyler was friendly, helpful, and very professional! He also charged me a very reasonable fee for the inspection. Turned out there were enough problems that I chose not to purchase the car. So, I think I dodged a bullet. Tylers professionalism and friendliness really helped to make the experience good. I had come in from out of town to consider this car, so I don't live in S.A., but if I did, I would come to this location for my auto needs due to this fine experience today. Thanks, Tyler!
