🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came today for a radiator flush for 148 at 9am and was the 1st one here. It is now 3:10 pm and I'm still here. I was given a free pressure test and told my Thermostat housing needed replaced costing $342 The guy doing the work started non stop at 2:10 pm. They charged me for 1.9 hrs labor and the guy did it in less than 1 hr and I'm here 6 hrs later while he cops an attitude and finishes other cars. So now he test drove it and put it back in the bay. I was told I had to pay for radiator flush and other repair totaling 542. I was told I had to get the radiator flush to bleed the lines and there was a labor charge also. I will be contacting corporate. My time is valuable as well and If I was at work I would have made 20 plus an hr. But I paid 542.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff was completely rude and unprofessional, laughing and making jokes while I was trying to get help. They were inconsiderate and dismissive. To make things worse, they kept changing the prices and acted like they couldn’t access basic information that should’ve been easily available. This kind of behavior is not only frustrating but untrustworthy. Corporate needs to be contacted about this location. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and professionalism, none of which were shown during my visit. I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend others proceed with caution.

I take my car to Firestone whenever I need work done on it. This past visit was surprised to see they've remodeled the inside. Looks great.

Great customer service. I went for oil change and inspection for engine light. They were honest on time, informed me on checking in that it will take a while. I was also informed the amount to pay for the inspection before it’s done, fortunately when the inspection was completed, the amount was waived, so I got it done for free and since they don’t fix the specific code for my engine light , I was advised on where to go to get it fixed. Their parking lot is small, but they use the parking next to them which is huge and is connected to their shop, so parking is not a problem. 🚘UPDATED TO 5 STARS!! 🚘 11 May 2024 Last week I was here because some of my lights were not working. I did not have an appointment, but within a short waiting time they had already completed inspections for my lights. Besides that they went ahead and did quick over all inspection for other parts to include engine, breaks, tires etc at no added cost. They fixed all my lights that were not working and I was able to get back on the road with no worries. Unfortunately after 3 days, I noted exactly the same lights were not working, so I went back there and scheduled an appointment to find out what’s wrong. Today I went back there and explained the above. I was informed that they will do an extensive diagnosis for electrical issues and it will take a couple of hours and was also informed the amount to pay. Fortunately within 30 min they had already diagnosed the issue and fixed it and on top of that they waved the diagnostic fee and also fixed an extra issue that was not related to lights. I am giving them 5 stars for being honest & fair, providing great customer services and for being consistent in providing superior performance.

This is my third time to come to Firestone on Crossroads over the past year. They are always polite and get me in the same day ASAP. This is a much better experience than I’ve had at other locations. Armand is the person that helped me, and he was very polite and professional
