Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff was completely rude and unprofessional, laughing and making jokes while I was trying to get help. They were inconsiderate and dismissive. Great customer service. I went for oil change and inspection for engine light. They were honest on time, informed me on checking in that it will take a while.
